Products & Safety

Our "non-toxic, food grade, and medical grade polymers" are derived from Eastar Copolyester 6763 which is a high-grade non-toxic thermoplastic that is Food Contact Status compliant and has USP Class VI biocompatibility. These classifications essentially mean the filament is very stable and inert in terms of chemical reactivity; an important prerequisite when manufacturing particular types of smoking accessories, such as ALL our Bongs & Rigs.

We tested several types of filament (ABS, ASA, Carbon, Nylon, PET, PETG, PETT, PLA, TPE, TPU) from multiple companies before we settled on both the material and producer best suited for our application. Our specially formulated filament is Made in the USA 🇺🇸 and more demanding than what is commonly used for 3D printing, but we understood the importance of creating products from the highest quality material in order to ensure safety and overall durability. 

We have designed ALL our Bongs & Rigs with safety as the primary focus.

Not only did we test a multitude of polymers and producers to ensure the best materials for the job were used, but we design and manufacture ALL our Bongs & Rigs with particular attention to proper heat dispersion and overall durability; we further insulate ALL our Bongs & Rigs with glass components for additional peace of mind. 

ALL our Bongs & Rigs should be cleaned regularly, ideally after every session using a mild soap and warm water. We recommend bathing ALL your Bongs & Rigs using isopropyl alcohol and salt on a monthly basis or for tougher build up as needed. Do NOT put items in dishwasher as this may cause polymers to deform over time.

For other items and accessories, spot clean as needed using a mild soap and warm water, or isopropyl alcohol. 

Shipping & Returns

Yes, all packages are shipped in either an unmarked bubble mailer or standard box; there is no external branding. 

If paying via Credit Card, "Print Puff Pass" will show up on your statement. If paying via PayPal, our parent company's name will show up on your statement instead. If discreetness is your goal, we recommend using PayPal or CryptoCurrency. 

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IN THE USA.

We also offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on Canada orders of $75+, Mexico orders of $100+, and Worldwide orders of $150+

Most items will arrive to your doorstep 4-8 business days after your order is received (allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping). Canada orders are usually a few (3+) business days longer and Mexico & Worldwide orders another few (3+) business days longer. 

If outside the USA, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional duties and taxes once your package enters the destination country; we are willing to split a portion of these fees 50/50 if you contact support@printpuffpass.com with a valid receipt of payment. If you refuse payment of said fees, please note that the destination country will assume ownership of the package and therefore you are NOT eligible for a refund. 

Due to the nature of our business, products purchased from PRINT PUFF PASS® are NOT eligible for a refund once the order has shipped, unless a mistake was made by our team members. We do NOT accept used product returns under any circumstances.

If you think your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please reach out to support@printpuffpass.com and we'll get you taken care of. If returned, please be aware of the below:

  • Returns may be subject to a 10% reusage* fee
  • Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable
  • In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a PRINT PUFF PASS® provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label

*as each item is made on demand for you, we recycle the product back into filament for future use 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is either broken, incorrect, or mislabeled, please file a claim with our support team directly through our website or support@printpuffpass.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging
  • PRINT PUFF PASS® will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost
  • PRINT PUFF PASS® may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label) 

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact our support team directly through our website or support@printpuffpass.com to process a re-shipment
