    • Yes, although due to the nature of our business is it contingent on the product being unused, along with other factors highlighted here
  • Who is your company?
    • We have been in the 3D printing space since early 2018 and had produced hundreds of prints across multiple industries before discovering our passion in late 2018 for creating smoking accessories. This discovery culminated with the formation of what is now PRINT PUFF PASS
  • What are your products made from?
      • Our "non-toxic, food grade, and medical grade polymers" are derived from Eastar Copolyester 6763 which is a high grade non-toxic thermo-plastic that is Food Contact Status compliant and has USP Class VI biocompatibility. Which essentially means it’s very stable and practically inert in terms of chemical reactivity. We tested several types of filament from multiple companies before we settled on the material best suited for this application. This material is more demanding and expensive than what commonly used for 3D printing, but we understood the importance of creating products from the highest caliber material in order to ensure longevity
    • How safe is it to use your products?
      • We have designed our products with safety as the primary focus. Not only did we test a multitude of polymers to ensure the best materials for the job were selected (see additional details above), but we manufacture all products with particular attention to proper heat dispersion and overall durability
