Most items will arrive to your doorstep 4-8 business days after your order is received (allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping). International orders are usually 3-5 business days longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from PRINT PUFF PASS are eligible for a refund if returned within 10 days of the delivery date. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
- Returns due to personal preference will incur a 10% reusage* fee
- Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable
- In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a PRINT PUFF PASS provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label
*we recycle the product back into filament
BROKEN, INCORRECT, OR MISLABELED ITEMS
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is either broken, incorrect, or mislabeled, please file a claim with our support team directly through our website or email@example.com within 3 days of delivery.
- You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging
- PRINT PUFF PASS will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost
- PRINT PUFF PASS may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label)
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact our support team directly through our website or firstname.lastname@example.org to process a re-shipment.
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
