We also offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on Canada orders of $75+, Mexico orders of $100+, and Worldwide orders of $125+

If outside the USA, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional duties and taxes once your package enters the destination country; we are willing to split these fees 50/50 if you contact with a valid receipt of payment.

Most items will arrive to your doorstep 4-8 business days after your order is received (allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping). Canada orders are usually a few (3+) business days longer and Mexico & Worldwide orders another few (3+) business days longer.


Due to the nature of our business, products purchased from PRINT PUFF PASS are NOT eligible for a refund once the order has shipped, unless a mistake was made by our team members. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. If you think your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please reach out to and we'll get you taken care of. If returned, please be aware of the below:

  • Returns may be subject to a 10% reusage* fee
  • Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable
  • In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a PRINT PUFF PASS provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label

*as each item is made on demand for you, we recycle the product back into filament for future use


In the unlikely event you receive an item that is either broken, incorrect, or mislabeled, please file a claim with our support team directly through our website or within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging
  • PRINT PUFF PASS will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost
  • PRINT PUFF PASS may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label)

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact our support team directly through our website or to process a re-shipment.


Once we physically receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 business hours. Please allow 2-5 days for your bank to clear the funds.
